5 cups breadfruit diced and boiled
1 stalk celery
1 tin peas and carrot
2 tbsp onion grated
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tsp salt (salt to taste)
1 clove garlic grated
½ cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise.

Cut, peel and wash the breadfruit and boil in saltwater
Place about 5 cups of diced breadfruit into a bowl and add sweet pepper, peas and carrot, garlic, mayonnaise, celery, salt and pepper. Toss and refrigerate.
Serve cold
