·       Consumers will be required to purchase at least 5 Hi-Lo branded products from any of the 13 locations and send in their receipts.

·       On the back of the receipt they will be required to write their name and contact details and place receipts in drop boxes provided in participating stores. [see list provided]

·       Take a photo of the receipt and upload it to www.hilofoodstoresja.com

·       Take a photo of the receipt and send to our WhatsApp number 876-250-7328 along with your name, contact details and store of purchase – phone and email (optional) with the caption “Hi-Lo Christmas Celebration”

RULES:

·       Promotion runs from November 22, 2021- December 31, 2021. Grand Draw will be Tuesday January 25, 2022.

·       Persons may enter as many times as they wish but is only eligible for one prize.

·       Winners will be required to participate in advertising and public relations campaign whether in electronic, print, or other media and automatically agree to have their likeness appear in any PR communication. (if the participant does not agree with the rules of the promotion, then the participant will automatically be disqualified)

·       Employees of Grace Kennedy Group and Hi-Lo Food Stores are not eligible for entry to the draws.

·       Grand Draw will take place at the Hi-Lo Head Office, 13 Old Hope Road, Kingston 5, St. Andrew, January 25, 2022 at 11:00am.

·       Prizes are not transferrable. Non-Cash items are not redeemable for cash.

·       Consumers must be 18 years and older to enter.

Method of selecting winner: The method of selecting the winners will be done manually hand-dipped and picked by a member of the public. All entries will be pooled in separate boxes according to store location. Electronic (online and WhatsApp) entries will be printed and combined with physical entries. A total of 3 entries will be drawn from each box. The first selection from each box will be declared the winner and the subsequent 2 as backup winners. If the prize winner cannot be contacted or fail to claim their prize, the backup winner will be promoted accordingly.

Date of Selection: The draw date is scheduled for Tuesday January 25, 2022 at 11:00am. The draw process will be conducted at the Hi-Lo head office, 13 Old Hope Road, Kingston 5, St. Andrew. The winners will then be notified the following business day Wednesday January 26, 2022.

Method of Notification of Winner: The prize winners will be notified via direct telephone calls. Contact will be made by Hi-Lo Food Stores. A total of three (3) calls will be made within a three-hour period to the winners. If intended contact is unsuccessful that is; voicemail, busy, out-of-service or ring without an answer, one of the 2 back- up winners will be promoted in order of selection.

All rules will be communicated on the website www.hilofoodstoresja.com accompanied by the BGLC line “Authorized under Section 58(3) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act.”

Claiming Period: The winners will be required to provide a valid identification document (Driver’s license, passport, national ID) Prize must be claimed within a (5) business day period, following notification. If prize is not redeemed during stated period, fake rolex for sale same will be forfeited and the backup winners will be promoted to the winner accordingly. Our clients relinquish ownership of the prize once it is presented to the winner. If prize isn’t claimed during the claiming period, our clients have the right to retain such prizes.
